NBA Lockout

It is a North American trait and part of the culture when multi-billionaire athletes line up outside their locker room to wait to go inside and see their million-dollar uniform hanging over their locker seeing that they have gotten their huge paycheck. I personally think that NBA athletes should play because they love the game of basketball and not because they want the money to play basketball. They are playing for the greatest fans in the world who pay to watch these multi-millionaire dollar athletes showcase their talents. It's bad for the NBA and for North Americans to believe that a market like the NBA can go bad now, because the best players in North America are flocking to Europe and Asia to play basketball. It's not quality any more, it's quantity. When you put yourself in a position to win basketball games, you are also putting yourself in a position to win games and win money also. These NBA athletes need their own personal space to realize that you don't win championships with money, you will win championships because you love basketball. Now, that Europe and Asia are recruiting the best NBA players from North America, it's a shame that the love of money and playing for riches is ruining the North American culture that has prevailed for much of our young history. Our NBA players in North America are realizing that the best basketball to play now is overseas. They do know it's quality, not quantity. They realize it's the players who play basketball because they love the game, not because they like money. How do you think the US Basketball Olympic Committee fail to put together a core group of players who are committed to winning basketball games and fail to win the World Championships and come runner-up in the Olympics? That's rhetorical. They lost interest in putting together a winning US basketball team because they get paid money to win basketball games, not to love the game of basketball. Truly speaking, on a global level, I think the NBA is losing its fan base because they want to pay their NBA stars to win ball games, not to love basketball. Europe and Asia and South America is where the talents of basketball players lies. North America is in for a long haul if they do not realize the cosmic scale of problems they are in. I am grueling for a long debate and list of comments on this.
